Craniosacral therapy is a powerful way to address injury and trauma in the body as well as structural issues that can lead to: TMJ Disorder, headaches, and migraines. During your session Shelly will work with you to determine the best approach to addressing your unique issues and concerns.
Energy and Chakra Balancing
Shelly also offers energy and chakra balancing sessions, which can help you feel more grounded and centered. During these sessions, Shelly will work with you to release any blockages or areas of tension in your body, allowing your energy to flow more freely.
